Disabling retries for mutations would be a fantastic feature. Being able to either disable retries for mutations or individually configure retries for both queries and mutations offers much-needed flexibility. We occasionally experience random edge timeouts with our hosting. For queries, we'd prefer to retry them to prevent the end user from seeing errors. However, doing so for mutations seems a bit risky to us.
