This would be huge. There are so many use-cases this would unlock for us. It's also a super compelling feature for users of AWS AppSync because the logging/metric options there are a binary choice between no data at all or overly verbose logging that even outputs sensitive fields.

Logging/metrics are the primary value of Stellate for us.
