User roles (read-only)

Allow to share project/organization with user limited with a specific role.
This would allow developers in a team to have read-only access GraphCDN dashboard, stats, config, and block them to change configuration.
Changes could only be done by an admin user or using admin user key on CLI.
Initially I would recommend implementing just read/write permissions.

Sergio Behrends On that note, it'd make a lot of sense to have several roles in GraphCDN to restrict sensitive features to specific pools of users (Devops, App Engineers, Product Owner etc...) to avoid accidental breaks.
